IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

To ensure everything runs smoothly and to provide the best possible service, please review the following important information before booking:

• Location & Travel Fee: We are proudly based in Downtown Houston. A travel fee may apply depending on your event location.

• Additional Chef Requirement: Events with more than 25 guests require an additional chef to ensure quality service. An additional $300 chef service fee will apply.

• Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

• Halal & Vegetarian Options: We proudly offer halal meats, as well as tofu options for our vegan and vegetarian guests.

• Guest Capacity: Our events accommodate a minimum of 12 guests and a maximum of 80 guests when we provide the complete service and equipment.

• Kitchen Access: We kindly request access to your sink or kitchen area at the end of the event to properly wash and clean our plates and equipment.

• Advance Booking: To secure your preferred date and allow us enough time to prepare, we kindly ask that all events be booked at least three weeks in advance.
